Shaping Succession

Phase 1
Initial Meeting

Building trust through an open and informal exchange. During this first discussion, we explore mutual expectations, goals, and key considerations. A confidentiality agreement ensures discretion and security for both parties.

Phase 2
Proposal Submission

In a follow-up meeting, discussions become more detailed. Key financial figures, evaluations, and essential information are exchanged to facilitate an objective assessment. Based on these insights, we prepare and submit an offer once the core aspects have been clarified.

Phase 3
Letter of Intent

Once both parties agree on the offer, a Letter of Intent (LOI) is signed, outlining the key terms of the succession.

Phase 4
Due Dilligence

A thorough assessment of the financial, legal, tax, and operational aspects of the business. The purchase agreement is drafted, with the possibility of incorporating special considerations such as inheritance law provisions.

Phase 5
Contract Signing & Integration

With the investment finalized, the company is integrated into the ENTRO Group. During this phase, management and employees from both sides come together in a structured workshop to foster collaboration, answer questions, and ensure a smooth transition. In most cases, day-to-day operations remain largely unchanged.
