With these transactions completed in 2026, ENTRO establishes its UK operations with five locations across the country, approximately 100 employees and around €10 million in annual revenue. The UK business is characterised by a strong service-led revenue base and long-standing customer relationships, providing a solid platform for further expansion.

Bi-Fold Rolfe – Staged succession and long-term continuity

Founded by Peter Graham, Bi-Fold Rolfe has built a strong reputation as a specialist in industrial, commercial and retail door and shutter solutions in the Southampton area. With around 30 employees, the company provides installation, repair, servicing and maintenance of a wide range of entrance systems, including industrial doors, roller shutters and automatic doors.

The partnership forms part of a staged succession solution, ensuring continuity for employees and customers while positioning the business for its next phase of development. Peter Graham will remain involved during the transition period to support a structured handover and continued operational excellence.

Founded by Philip Lever and Gordon Brooks, Aberdeen Alarm Company (“AAC”) has grown into a trusted fire and security provider with more than 60 employees and locations in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Inverness and Edinburgh. The company delivers the design, installation, servicing and maintenance of integrated fire detection and alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control solutions.

With a strong presence in Scotland, AAC has developed long-standing customer relationships built on technical competence and reliability.
