ENTRO Service Group Enters the Netherlands
Flexx Service B.V., Nauta Deurenservice and Deuren Service Nederland B.V. join the ENTRO group – ENTRO’s third European market after Germany and the United Kingdom.
European-based service group ENTRO is entering the Netherlands. Three established Dutch specialists in brand-independent maintenance and inspection of industrial doors and dock systems have chosen ENTRO as their partner for the next phase: Flexx, with its Service and Parts divisions, together with Deuren Service Nederland and Nauta Deurenservice. ENTRO takes over the stake held by Festos Investment Partners. It is ENTRO’s second new market this year and is a further step in building a European group.
The management and operational team behind the companies – Arno Vermeulen, William Jochemsen, Benjamin Schoonhoven, Ricardo Smit, Michel Zalm and Jens Nauta – have reinvested alongside ENTRO and will continue building the group together.
Three Companies, One Partnership
The companies provide maintenance, repairs and inspections of industrial doors and dock systems, independent of brand. Their customers are logistics service providers, industrial companies and real estate owners who depend on regular maintenance and inspections to keep their doors and docks safe and available. Through Flexx Parts, the group also supplies parts and materials to specialist contractors. Each company keeps its own name and team.
ENTRO Service Group: Growth Across Europe
ENTRO has grown quickly. The group has roughly doubled over the past twelve months and now employs around 500 people across 24 locations in Germany, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, with group turnover of approximately €80 million. With two new markets entered in 2026, ENTRO is building towards becoming the leading European specialist in entrance, fire protection and security.
The group runs as a group of entrepreneurs. The member companies keep their regional autonomy and stay close to their customers, and the group backs them with strong central functions. ENTRO sums it up as “from the industry, for the industry”: built by people who know the trade, for the people who work in it.
ENTRO’s reach goes wider than the Dutch companies’ current work in doors and docks, into entrance, fire protection and security. Over time, and as the partnership develops, that gives the Dutch business room to potentially develop into adjacent services.
